Zekee / Terms

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Zekee, the app for creating events and sharing their photos with event members.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

1. Who provides the service

Zekee is operated by Vladimir Castañeda, an individual developer based in Colombia who uses Vdymir Labs as a public brand. Vdymir Labs is not a separate company. In these terms, “Zekee,” “we,” or “the service” means the app operated by Vladimir Castañeda.

For questions or requests, contact support@vdymirlabs.com. The service is provided online.

2. Age and account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Zekee. By registering or using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older and can accept these terms. App store age ratings and restrictions are in addition to this requirement.

Sign in using an available authentication method, such as Apple or Google. Keep your account secure and tell us if you believe someone is using it without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. How Zekee works

You can create an event or join one using its invitation code or link. Event photos are private within Zekee: only people who joined that event can view and download them. Members who download or share photos outside the app may create copies that Zekee cannot control.

The host sets the event duration, size, and, where applicable, photo limit. We may change or discontinue features, but will try to notify you when an important change affects your use.

4. Photos and content you upload

You retain your rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, technically process (for example, create previews), transmit, and display them to event members, solely to provide the features you request.

You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that its use does not violate anyone’s rights or the law. Do not upload unlawful, invasive, misleading, or rights-infringing content. We do not publish your photos as public landing-page content; in the app, access is limited to event members.

You can delete photos you uploaded in the app. You can also delete your account; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your photos and events you manage.

5. In-app purchases

Creating events for up to 5 participants, including the host, may be available for free. An event set up for more than 5 participants requires a one-time capacity purchase that applies to that event. You may also make a one-time purchase for unlimited photos on an event. These are not subscriptions.

At the time of this version, purchases are available on iOS through the Apple App Store; paid purchases on Android are not yet enabled. The price, applicable taxes, and currency are shown by the store before confirmation. Apple processes payment, and its purchase terms also apply.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are submitted to Apple and handled under its policies and applicable mandatory law. Once a purchased credit is used, its benefit stays with that event; unused credits are revoked when an account is deleted and do not transfer to a new account. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights.

6. Events and account deletion

You may delete photos you uploaded. If you delete your account, your photos are removed from Zekee storage as part of the deletion process. If you managed an event with other members, the event is transferred to the person who joined first and the other members’ photos are kept; if no other member remains, the event and its content are deleted. A transferred event’s cover is removed.

Deleting an account also revokes unused purchase credits. Benefits already applied to an event remain attached to that event, subject to applicable law.

7. Acceptable use and availability

Do not use Zekee to break the law, violate another person’s privacy or security, interfere with the service, evade purchase limits, or distribute malicious code. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect people, comply with law, or address a serious breach.

We work to keep the service available and protect data, but cannot guarantee that the app will operate without interruptions, errors, or loss caused by factors beyond our control. Keep copies of important photos on your device.

8. Intellectual property

Zekee, its name, design, software, and materials belong to Vladimir Castañeda or his licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may use the app for personal purposes and in accordance with these terms.

9. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted here with its update date; when required by law, we will provide advance notice or ask for your acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without excluding mandatory protections that may apply in your country of residence. If you have a question or complaint, contact us first at support@vdymirlabs.com.
